In March 2011, a prostate cancer support group was set up in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway with an aim to act as a place where men

could meet and discuss what they and their families had experienced.

Initially the group held 7 members but now it has grown to 14.

The PSA meet on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 8pm in the Family Centre, John Dunne Avenue, Ballinasloe.

Here, we share information on any new developments, our experiences and occasionally we have guest speakers.

The support we offer is as much mental as physical.
